My note to you...

This program was designed with purpose. To create a stronger, more confident, more mobile version of you. My goal while programming this was for you to experience how progressive overload feels and the wonders it does to your strength and physique. Building muscle is a process that requires commitment to your health, discipline to work hard, and a strong mindset to reach your goals. Whether you are in the middle of your fitness journey, have hit a plateau, or are just starting your fitness journey, this 12-week program was created by me to get you back on track with basic, essential movement patterns. I'm glad you're here- now let's get to work. ;)

4. 5 day gym split- 3 lower body days, 2 upper body days PLUS warm ups
