"Finding Sydney has been life changing! Over the years I worked out occasionally and never manage to find motivation to stay consistent. Once I started working with Sydney she immediately introduced weights into my workouts and after a couple of weeks, all of my fears of weight training were gone. She checked in on me after my workouts to make sure I was lifting weights with the right form for maximum results while breathing correctly. In the beginning, I didn't know what to expect, but was more than impressed by Sydney’s coaching and words of encouragement. She has incredible knowledge, patience, and energy. "Wow, working with Sydney and getting training from her each week has been so amazing and has really changed me as a person! Through working out with someone who really focuses on you, I was able to target certain areas that I wanted to strengthen while balancing out cardio. It completely helped transform my body, stamina, and overall fitness. Sydney has helped me find a love for working out and strengthening my temple, my body. She has been such an amazing trainer, and I love how each week she pushed me to do even better than the last.
